Return & Refunds Policy

  If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to us where you made your purchase within 30 days from the date of  the goods collection.

 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

condition 1:

We will be responsible for the return postage fees and replacement fees. 

     1.Wrong Items or lost shipment.

     2.Damaged or  defective

condition 2:

The customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees.

  1. Purchased the wrong item
  2. The product is not suitable
  3. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, changed mind, etc.

Eg: No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Non-Refundable Items:

  1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
  2. All custom-made items can not be returned or exchanged.
  3. If you return part of the merchants, the payment will not be refunded.
  4. used or altered items will not be returned.

 

Return/Exchange Procedure:

    1: Before launch return, please try to  contact our support team support@rolldnddice.com.  Email us order ID ,products name and return reason .

    2: If the return application  is approved ,please ship the merchandise to following address:

       Room 203, Unit 1, Building 11, District 4, Pingchou, Jiangdong Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province  China 

 When you return the merchandise please email us the parcel tracking number   ,please use the economic express.

   3: Once we receive the return merchandise, we will arrange  resend or refund with in 24 hours.

Cancel Order : 

   We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get  full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. customers will not be charged when cancel the order .

Refund Payment:

     Usually you will receive the full refund payment within  3-5 business days. please attention it may takes some time for your bank or credit card company to process  the refund .
